Redline Revive Detailing
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before scheduling any service with Redline Revive Detailing (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or receiving any service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments must be booked through our online form, by phone, or in person.
Appointment requests are subject to confirmation based on availability.
You must provide accurate vehicle information, service requests, and access instructions.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations may incur a $25 fee.
3. Service Conditions
The vehicle must be legally parked, accessible, and free of personal belongings.
Extra charges may apply for pet hair, heavy soiling, excessive debris, mold, or biohazards.
We reserve the right to refuse service for safety or health concerns.
4. Ceramic Coating Services
Ceramic coatings (e.g., AvalonKing G.O.A.T.) require specific curing time and aftercare.
Post-application maintenance instructions will be provided.
Improper maintenance voids any longevity estimates or related guarantees.
We are not responsible for damage due to misuse, accidents, or third-party detailing post-application.
5. Subscription Plans
Subscriptions include recurring services at discounted rates..
Early termination may result in a fee or forfeiture of discounts.
Payments are billed monthly and are non-refundable once services are rendered.
6. Fleet Services
Fleet contracts are available for businesses with 3 or more vehicles.
Terms vary by contract and may include monthly invoicing, priority booking, and volume discounts.
Fleet clients must maintain updated billing and vehicle lists.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted methods: cash and PayPal.
Services above $150 for first time costumers will incur a 50% down payment for booking to proceed.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
Notify us within 72 hours if dissatisfied with any service.
If the issue is within our control and scope of service, we will correct it at no additional cost.
9. Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage to paint, trim, or interior
Weak clear coats, aftermarket modifications, or improper repairs
Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to detailing
Vehicles are photographed before and after service for records and liability protection.
10. Weather Policy for Mobile Services
Services may be rescheduled in case of inclement weather.
A covered area (e.g., garage, carport) may be required for some services like ceramic coatings.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Provide safe access to the vehicle and truthful condition reports.
Remove valuables and ensure vehicle is legally parked for mobile services.
12. Use of Images and Media
Photos or videos may be taken for marketing or recordkeeping purposes.
To opt out, notify us in writing prior to your service appointment.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Revisions will be posted on our website and apply to all future services.
